Name: Dennis Fessel
"Opinion: First time Cremating one of our dogs. Had many questions and concerns about the process, but they were able to qualm all my worries to our satisfaction. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Christine, who called two of the technicians to the front to provide me with a tour of the facility and various machines. They both were very knowledgeable explaining the entire process."
