"Opinion: I first discovered this place when I lost my childhood dog Boots. When my mom, brother, and I arrived we were greeted with so much love and sympathy. Ms. Shani was very helpful with showing us different options of urns and necklaces, down to the footprint and fur clippings. She showed us so much compassion. Fast forward to a year later, I contacted Ms. Shani again in regards to cremating my childhood cat. In the midst of it all, she walked me through the process again. She is so sweet, and filled with compassion. Ms. Shani, I can’t thank you enough for making sure this process was smooth. I will always recommend this place. They are not here to collect your last penny, they are here to help you through a difficult time in need."

"Opinion: I highly recommend these folks that answer their phone 24 hours, 7 days a week. They were compassionate and very kind to the lost of our dog, Chile on a Sunday at 3:00 am . I will recommend them to all my friends. Mrs. Shani helped my wife with the grief and kindness of our deceased dog with dignity."
