"Opinion: When we lost my beloved chihuahua, Tu, they were there for us. I called in the morning to make sure someone would be there in the next two hours when my husband got home and they made sure someone would be there. My husband wanted to be the only one to handle her and they let him take her in the back. They gave us privacy to discuss what we wanted for our girl. They didn’t pressure us to buy an urn from them. When my husband ordered a keepsake urn, they held on to her for an extra week until it came in. We ended up purchasing an urn from them and they had a great selection in stock."
