"Opinion: The efficiency and genuine care the people of this place took in my families time of need was refreshing. Even though we were and still are grieving our loss, they never made us feel pressured to get things done and kept us in the loop of things every step of the way. They made what is generally a hard, long and grueling process feel like something I could smile about because of how it was handled and the end result. Can$0027t thank you all enough"

"Opinion: I called the Philadelphia Cremation Society to get a quote and help on the cremation process and they were so incredibly helpful (Thank you Bart!) and answered all my questions immediately. Within two days they had already retrieved my husband from the Medical Examiner$0027s Office, had the autopsy done, and mailed me his remains/ashes which arrived yesterday. I would highly recommend PCS for their expertise, service and professionalism! I am beyond grateful for making this difficult process an easy one."
