"Opinion: This was the worst experience and funeral home I ever been to. There was dog hair everywhere. A dog actually walked through the funeral service. The entire place smelled of dog and dog urine. The attendant did not help with the TV or video. Not even something simple as handing out tissues. There was no direction. We weren$0027t told who to follow and when. We all just sort of left to the grave sight. This place is disrespectful to anyone grieving all they carry about is money. This place seriously needs the better business bureau involved."

"Opinion: Poteet Funeral Home took excellent care of our loved one. The service was everything we expected and asked for. Director Mark was very kind, paid attention to detail and made it very easy for us during this difficult time."
