"Opinion: This was my first time and won$0027t be my last time using PR$0027s Heavenly Bridge. My boy Smokey was 16 and unexpectedly but expectedly passed. I called poor Abigail 10 different times with questions and concerns and she was the best. Answered everything and was very patient. She has the best voice and appearance for such a devastating thing we have to go through having a pet of any type. Her voice is so sweet, soft, and sympathetic. And her appearance matches. We had the private chamber and they picked up our baby cat on the weekend, it was extra as they are closed. I gladly paid the extra (it was well worth it). I will forever use PR$0027s Heavenly Bridge as my pups are 13. Thank you for your compassion and tenderness I such a rough time."

"Opinion: I lost my 15 year old Chihuahua and they were so considerate of my last minute arrangements. A quick email response the day prior gave me peace of mind the day of. They were so helpful and provided great communication when they transported her remains from a vets office in Dallas. If you need someone to trust to treat your pet$0027s remains with care and respect I highly recommend. Excellent service."
