"Opinion: I had an appointment at 1030 then got a notice saying it was at 920 so I called to confirm which time was correct. Had to reschedule (920 was 15 minutes away we couldn$0027t get there that fast. So the lady made our appointment for 1230. I confirmed it 3 times with her. When we got to the Vet office it was 1215 they were closed so I figured maybe they were at lunch. I left at 1250 because there still was nobody there. If it was possible I would give them 5 negative stars."

"Opinion: Called to set an appointment to get two kittens spayed and neutered. 4months old. Was told they don’t recommend doing it until 6 months. Everyone’s opinion is different but I prefer earlier (at least for the neuter) in my experience. They won’t spay/neuter until they have their vaccines. Fair enough. What will you charge me to vaccinate them? $110/cat with a booster in a month that will be $80/cat. That’s almost $400 before taxes to vaccinate 2 kittens...!? Not their surgeries. JUST their shots."
