  "Opinion: We used Rohlands 10 years ago when my dad died. My parents’ pastor recommended them. They were extremely easy to work with and very conscientious of my mother’s limited budget. When my mom passed away from cancer we knew immediately who to call. It was days before Christmas yet James came right out to the house and treated my mother with respect as he took her away. James met with my brother and I the next day and his very calm and professional demeanor was appreciated. The day of the funeral my mother looked amazing! I’ve never seen someone look like themselves in the casket but she did. She looked like my mom before cancer took her away. Whoever set her features did a wonderful job. My mom was so worried her hair wouldn’t be fluffed but it was fluffed perfectly. My mom never wore makeup but they did her makeup so naturally it just looked like she was healthy, rosy cheeked and alive. My sister dreaded viewing our mom at the funeral and then felt relieved when we saw how good she looked. My mom was not a vain woman but everyone wants to look good at their viewing and my sister breathlessly whispered that she looked almost regal. Thank you rohlands and James for being so professional and calm and doing such a fantastic job. Over 18 months later I’m still grief stricken but somehow remembering how lovely everything looked gives me comfort. You made a difficult time, at Christmas time no less, that much easier to bear."
