  "Opinion: Krissy was our funeral director but they have a team attitude, where as if Krissy is away or busy Ashley Smith and Geri Lynn Davenport stepped right in to help me. Planning my Aunts funeral with Krissy was a painless smooth process. She could see me about to get teary eyed and stopped to console me. She has to be an angel from God because she is so empathetic, and kind. She knew what I needed before I even asked. I have worked with 2 other funeral homes in the past few years and their first thought was how are you paying before we get started. Krissy never asked this before doing all the planning and she layed out everything on a large computer monitor of the prices and I knew what I owed before I left. They did such as amazing job that my husband and I have decided to use Smith Family funeral home in Benton instead of the one we had talked about for years and is closer to our cemetary plots. I would drive 500 miles to go to this funeral home knowing how well my family will be treated and the wonderful staff they employ. Smith funeral home holds to a high moral compass. I am so blessed God guided me to choose this funeral home with the care of my beloved Great Aunt Sherry."

  "Opinion: We could not have asked for a better experience than we had at Smith Family Benton. Chrissy and the other staff were so kind and helpful. They answered all questions we had and went far beyond what was expected of them. We especially appreciated the fact that they genuinely cared about the needs of our family and held us up in prayer during our time of loss. They also provided aftercare that helped us to know what steps we needed to complete paperwork and helped us know who we should notify and how to do it."
