"Opinion: Two years ago my wife’s son passed away and was brought back to Delta to be buried. After a year with no grave marker my wife asked if I would arrange to have one installed. I worked with TOM to design a plaque that the mother, brother and one sister approved and conforming to the specifications the cemetery demanded. I asked, point blank, more than once, if once they installed it, it cannot be removed or replaced because I knew the capabilities of the sister involved and TOM reassured me that no way that would happen. The contract had nothing in it that said I could not purchase from them and have them install it. A year later I received a call to inform us that the plaque was replaced. When I called to ask how they were going to make it right they told me TOM no longer worked there (CONVENIENT) and they weren’t going to make it right, come pick up your plaque. As most mortuary and cemetery people I’ve done business with they were very empathetic and caring, not so with these people. Beware!! They are only interested in the bottom line and will literally lie to make a sale. They are as heartless and uncaring as the people who replaced the plaque. I’m out $4000 and my wife is devastated. Beware!!!"

"Opinion: They suck!! They took my husband out uncovered for all to see, and they presented him back to me FROZEN SOLID for an open casket! I was freaked out and so was my family! I expected more from them! Horrible experience!! Never again!"
