"Opinion: My little girl came home in a beautiful box with a personalized name plaque. They also had it in a nice gift bag with her certificate and pamphlets about grief that I found really helpful to me, as I am really struggling with the loss of my baby girl. I was so worried when this was a sudden and unexpected loss that was not financially feasible at the time. They offer a payment plan and I really appreciated that more than they could ever know. The time I dropped my baby off to the time she was ready was impressively quick. I will be using them again when the unfortunate time comes for the rest of my babies."

"Opinion: I wish I didn’t have to leave a star after what happened. My mom’s Yorkie had passed, we left her at the vet so she could get cremated, we had left her in a blanket. This blanket was the same blanket that 5 other dogs who had passed were all wrapped in as they were sent to the crematory. They burned the blanket. We don’t even know if we were given the right ashes because they didn’t read the papers or email that said not to burn the blanket. It wasn’t just a regular blanket, it had sentimental value. The district manager was very rude. All the district manager did was blame the other employees, he didn’t take responsibility for what had happened."
