  "Opinion: My family has been using VCA for our pets for close to 20 years. We have never had a bad experience. Kelly, Tina, and Adrianne are always friendly and super helpful to book appointments and order meds for me. The vets are always super efficient with treatment plans, and they never make you feel rushed when you have questions. Overall, the entire staff makes me feel like they love my pets as much as I do. I wouldn$0027t go anywhere else!"

  "Opinion: If I could give less then one star I would. I called around 11:30am, I can understand that it$0027s a week day and they$0027re very busy, I was put on hold which is totally fine I didn$0027t mind waiting. A lady had awnsered the phone by the name of Kelly and asked how I could be helped, I told her my name and that I$0027ve never used their services before and that I had found a 2-3month old kitten at my place of work, I had mentioned I say on their website that they offer a free wellness check service and before I could finish my sentence I was rudely Interrupted by kelly and was snapped at and was told that the free service was only for a wellness check not for a sick pet and they were booked till November, if she would have let me finish I would have told her I read what it had said online and that it was only available for a wellness check up and that was totally fine, I knew that if the kitten needed vaccines or medication I would have to pay for those services, I knew it wasn$0027t going to be completely free I just wanted more information on the matter and wanted to see what there availability was due to me not being able to book online. I will mention I did snap back at her and told her that I never said that the kitten was sick she just needed a check up and I just wanted more details so if she was going to be like that I wished her a good rest of her day but before I could finish she hung up on me."
