"Opinion: Nona is wonderful! She made what was such a difficult and stressful time easier for me and my family. Her compassion and promptness was greatly appreciated and she answered every question and concern we had to great lengths. Nona was truly amazing throughout the whole process."

"Opinion: My father went missing in 2014 and his remains were found in 2019. I found Washington cremation centers and had him picked up from the ME$0027s office for the cremation center to charge me IN FULL for my father$0027s REMAINS. He had 2 cell phones with him and Sasha and Nona have idea what happened to them. And Calvin? Still not contacting me. This is one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I$0027m still waiting for a call from Calvin. They may just be really old tracphones, but they were my father$0027s and I want them back."
