"Opinion: What a FANTASTIC business!! The staff are the sweetest, most empathetic group of people which makes this difficult process easier to bear. I trusted them with my first baby, my childhood dog who grew up with me for 14 long years and they exceeded any expectations I could have ever had. They kindly cut some my Charlie$0027s hair off his tail and made an ink print of his little nose for me to have as keepsakes per my request. I will forever cherish these items and now my baby can go where ever I go in his beautiful tin box. Thank you so much Wheeler PETuary. I am forever grateful for the kindness and empathy that you showed to me and my baby during this extremely difficult time."

"Opinion: The worst heartbreak(4-12-23) was eased just a little by the compassion, promptness, communication and kindness that we received from Wheelers team. We were given VERY detailed information regarding the entire process. We could not have asked for a better service for my sweet Heidi. We brought her home today and we could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship of the urn, pawprint/photo slot . Thank you for understanding that these pets are our family and we expect the best AND you all delivered."
