"Opinion: Yorgensen did a beautiful job with my father’s service. However, my family has since learned of the predatory nature of their services for what should have been a simple disposition. Exorbitant fees for basic paperwork and other services. Shane’s management of my father’s monument was very disappointing. COVID played a big part in the length of time it took for it to be placed (almost two years). However, he gave my siblings a lot of misdirection and false updates. His excuses were blatant lies which I caught him backtracking on a few times once I took up the follow up from my exasperated sister. Eric was the knight in shining armor who moved heaven and earth to quickly resolve my concerns.Thank you, Eric, for rectifying Shanes’s false info. It all ended up well in the end. However, the process was very painful for my family."

"Opinion: YML funeral home took care of my dad$0027s services back in the early 90$0027s and mom was very pleased with them. This year, they handled mom$0027s services. Some may say it$0027s their job, but their professionalism and kind ways demonstrated how much they care for those placed in their trust. I will always be grateful to Doug and his staff."
