"During a very difficult time the CSA team really made the cremation process easy and effortless. No one wants to deal with these kinds of logistics, but Steven went above and beyond when handling my needs, and provided 5 star customer service and communication the whole time. Thanks Steven and the entire CSA team for a job well done, we appreciate you taking such good care of our family during this process."

"It was all done by phone, and the team was very attentive and caring. I received my husband’s cremains very quickly. I appreciate their professional and respectful manner."

"The CSA team Steven, Angela, and Lorena are caring and very efficient. Specially Steven, I personally dealt with him and he went the extra mile to keep me informed of the process, cremation day and time per our request since we were going to have a mass during the cremation. He was very understanding and conscious of our needs. He was extremely sympathetic and patient no matter how many times I called. He’s was a great help throughout this very difficult time for us. He’s a great asset to this to this company."
