"I signed a contract. Then had to cancel due to an emergency. I did everything I was asked to do. Including wait for the box to arrive. Was told to accept it. Then wait for return label. I followed all procedures. It’s been over a month. I’m receiving thank you texts welcoming me to the Neptune Society. Welcoming letters with information. As well as one with a card to carry with me on out of country services to return my body. I have left messages for someone to call me and explain. I CANCELLED this service!!"

"I checked into making my final arrangements and contacted Neptune Society. I met with their representative who came to my home. She answered all of my questions and it turned out timing was just right as they had a special. The representative took her time explaining everything about the company and their services. She never rushed us which at first was just supposed to be me alone; however my husband sat in on the meeting and he decided to make arrangements also. The representative was very patient and easy to talk to. I would say to anyone if you're looking to make the time of death a little easier on your family, take a moment and give them a call. They make it easy for you and your family when the time comes; which I experienced during the death of my brother in law. The were very professional and followed his wishes."
