"My gratitude is long overdue for the compassion shown to us by Paw Prints. When my most beloved companion Trickey passed away, it wasn't enough to have a private service at home the next day & then to just give him over to the veterinary staff. I couldn't accept the thought of receiving a phone call when his ashes "are ready to be picked up" so I called Paw Prints from the parking lot. Anni answered the phone & from the tone in her voice, I knew immediately that she cared. She asked about Trickey's life & let our conversation take as much time as necessary. She reassured me that he would be cremated alone & that the ashes being returned to us "will only be your baby". I told her I wanted to be there & she did not hesitate to give me the details about what to expect, she was upfront about the costs, & she confirmed for us an appointment. I felt so much relief when hanging up the phone."
