"We originally were not open to the idea of cremation for our mother but she did not plan for burial and there were no other options. This was a very difficult decision and very emotional time to plan and watch our mom in her last days with hospice care at home. Joshua was such a blessing to work with from the first phone call! He takes his time and is very detailed and reassuring. He also understood our budget and did not try to pressure us into anything else. I didn't even look at another business because of my first impression with Joshua was that great and peaceful and helpful. He has kept me posted of what to expect, what is taking place, and what is to come. I did not even have the money or ability to focus on looking for an urn and he was so generous to give us a cherry wood one to bring home momma in.
