He was timely when he received our call, he communicated better than i could have asked throughout the entire process and he hand delivered my mother's ashes along with flowers and words of condolence. He made this very difficult thing as easy as he possibly could and we are all so pleased with the choice we made when we chose Cremations of Tampa."
