When the cremains were ready, a very serene room was set up with candles around the urn and I was given a private moment before the paperwork was to be signed. I was given all the paperwork I needed in order to travel by plane with the urn (I didn’t even know I would need it). Every detail was explained thoroughly. The team at this place is amazing! At a time when so much needs to be done that it can be overwhelming, they removed a great deal of stress."
