"I am highly disappointed with the services of my family's loved one. Not to mention the attendant who greeted us had scrubs on hanging around his butt with slides on and said sorry yall I was eating lunch and you gotta give me a few minutes to pull the body out the cooler. The did nothing in preparation for 3 days when we went to see the body at the mortuary, her kids had to view their moms body, blood was still on her face 3 days later...3 days and fluid came from her nose when her kids touched her."
