"My 90-year-old mom had taken a turn for the worst and I got in touch with Crevasse after reading the reviews. I had spoken to Lindsay before my mom passed and she was very compassionate and very helpful. I had never had to do this before so I really needed help. My sisters asked me make the arrangements and I was hoping to do the right thing by my mom. I live out of town and was able to have the ashes shipped to me. They almost made it home before I did, that's how quickly they came. This would never be an easy thing to do but Crevasse made a difficult time easier. In fact the hospice where my mom was had asked who we were using and they said what a great company Crevasse is, which made me feel even better about the my choice."
