"I have asked them not to use our names in the obituary as we are estranged from the deceased. They apologized and removed our names. Three days later, our photos are in the video. I called and complained once more. They did everything WITHOUT consent and when a call was placed, they still did what they wanted. I guess anything to spare the two Jeanettes from embarassmet right?"
