"this place ruined my life. i sent my fiancee there. I have durable poa medical. talked to them face to face when my fiancee passed, they were supposed to call me but didnt. he said he was going to call tues. they decided to skip me and make arrangements with her mom and sister instead(estranged)I saw him writing down my info, I never heard anything and i was there first, ready and waited, waited until they came to talk with them with the legal paperwork in my hand . and they told me to wait for the call. , I thought i would have been able to have some sort of service, but couldnt. still hurt over everything. maybe i should have picked yates or something. this is my opinion. i was kicked to the curb.why would you guys do this? the lady working there when getting my fiancee said they were going to take good care of her, i said thank you, is this what you meant? no service no answers and have lost a lot over it. , I chose this company for her, it was my right to choose and plan. I know her wishes, and they did not,"
