"The place was okay I took my cat to get her vaccinated and to have a check up they barely touched my cat and said she was fine. I paid 80 for a checkup when I got my cat vaccinated the first couple of rounds I paid up front and they told me the price beforehand then the last round they didn't even tell me the price so I was shocked when I had to pay more cause the other rounds were the same price. service was nice was able to get same day booking and one of the vets was amazing but the rest were meh. I'm not mad just more disappointed"
"I went into the office on a Saturday to get a bag of saline to hydrate my dog, as he had been ill for the past few days. The front desk lady was all but willing to give me a bag of saline. Instead, she insisted I bring my dog back in to be examined. They did a great job squeezing me into their schedule, but who wouldn't for an extra $146.47. At the end of the exam, the remedy was saline to hydrate my dog."
"If you have cats, especially cats that struggle at the vet, do not take them here. This facility is not appropriate for cats. There were many places in the cat exam room where a cat can hide and it is very hard to get them out. We kept losing one of my cats because there was a hole under the sink where a cat could get into the cupboard with the drain pipe. My cat was stuck under this counter with an OPEN sharps container for almost an hour. There should be no where in a cat exam room for a cat to hide except the owner’s carrier. This is very basic stuff for reducing stress in cats and making sure they don’t end up in a dangerous situation. Oh And the staff was no help either. They eventually left me to deal with my very stressed cat alone. I should have known my cats would have a hard time because the last time they were at the vet they were spayed but the design of the room and the hazards present made the situation so much worse."
