They responded very fast to my messages, and I was able to bring my gerbils in the very next day. Once the process was done, I was able to take home a certificate, fur clippings, and a beautiful box with my babies inside. I cannot fully express how thankful I am to the family at Ohio Valley, and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for pet cremation or burial services."
