He was very professional and extremely helpful offering suggestions and planning. My Dad was a Coast Guard Vet and Joel coordinated for Active Coast Guard Officers to perform his military honors, which was extremely moving. Also, Smith’s ability to provide Live Streaming of the Service was so powerful for many of our Family and Friends that were unable to make the service.
