"Charged us $500 for 2 X-rays and a sonogram only to GUESS what the issue was. Claimed the dog “looked like it was hit by a car & the lung was deflated”, then Kstate promptly diagnosed with pneumonia. If you want a legit diagnosis and not to be scammed of money for them to GUESS what’s wrong, save yourselves and go to a proper veterinary clinic. Absolutely absurd. Also had no regard for how we felt and just kept mentioning the “price” we were at with what we had already done. I personally couldn’t let someone who lacks so much compassion put her hands on my animals ever again. I try to give vets the benefit of the doubt because I know it isn’t easy, but you can tell this one is truly just there for the money. Very disheartening."
