"A very lovely office with wonderful customer service. They have helped us so much with our aging pets. Including a diagnosis of diabetes right before we left for a trip. They helped to track down a pharmacy that could properly fill our cat’s prescription as I was having a great deal of trouble. They also were genuinely sympathetic when we were faced with the very difficult decision to put our beloved dog of 14 years down. Dr. Lacey was incredibly kind, caring, and respectful during that process and it could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Snodgrass."

"Vet technician Robbi was extremely rude and slammed the door when I brought up the need for a little more transparency. No one explained to me how much each service cost before it was completed. All the services were done behind closed doors so I have no idea if the services were even done properly. The rest of the staff up front was very sweet and apologetic though. Unfortunately, I won’t be back and cannot recommend this clinic as it has predatory business ethics."
