She tragically passed away last week and today she came back home to us in the most gorgeous wooden box. She was only 3 years old and was the light of mine and my 3 daughters’ lives, and our hearts have been shattered ever since we lost her. The beautiful “Rainbow Bridge” bag was so incredibly special and the paw print is just perfect. These things and having her back home brought me peace and comfort. "Our beloved dog passed away unexpectedly in the middle of the night. Even though the next morning was a Sunday, Bluegrass Pet Crematorium answered my messages, showed us incredible compassion, and allowed us to bring Ranger directly to them that morning. In our grief, it somehow felt better to us than taking him to an emergency vet to wait until Tuesday for a pick up. Their continued communication throughout the process until we were able to pick up his ashes was patient and kind. In our shock and grief, the kindness shown to us was a welcome comfort."
