"Wish I didn't even have to give the 1 star. This is the 2nd time I've been forced to use them due to they being the only ones that pick up from the emergency vet. Both times I've had to track down my babies because it took over a month to get my first dog back and then over 2 weeks for the second one. Dates on both paper tags are wrong and the first dog was 11 pounds and has the same size urn as my 43 pound dog. At this point I'm not certain I even have the ashes of my babies and that really breaks my heart. Shame on these people. Seems like their compassion has definitely gone out the window from what the reviews were several years ago."
