"I called around to several places for my daughter's bunny to be cremated after he passed away suddenly. This is the only place that took him so soon. The compassion and care they showed me from the start was amazing. They offered several options, at a reasonable rate I chose the pocket pet package and man can I say they went above and beyond. He came back in a special heart shaped urn, inside a fancy cushioned box, a nice clay print of his paws customized with his name, a stand for the urn to sit on and a commerative keepsake of some of his fur, as well as a cremation certificate and even the bag to put it all in was customized with his name. It brought tears to my daughter and me. Especially since this was her first pet, her best friend. I can't thank you enough for how amazing you were."
