"We lost our sweet little Bean very suddenly at medvet on a Saturday night and her ashes were back with us by Thursday. The pawprint is absolutely beautiful and it came with a stand for it as well. Her urn is so small it breaks my heart but she was a small dog; it is absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of options as far as font and such which was awesome because I wanted it to match my other dog's urn. I am overall very pleased with everything. "I don’t even know where to start, my Saint Bernard had to be euthanized almost 3 weeks ago, I scheduled with my vet for him to be put down and also made the appointment in advance with Trusted Journey near Brooklyn, I’ve used them twice before without issues, drop off was perfect but pick up was a nightmare, we had to make an appointment in order to pickup his remains, I don’t drive due to seizures and my husband works in Brighton, trying to schedule the pickup was met with unfriendly and rude response, I even asked if I could pay for shipping because I knew it was impossible to make the appointment, I get it if someone was there, I would have respected their privacy but when they aren’t doing anything I have a problem, when I finally was able to pick him up at an appointment it took me two minutes in and out , I asked if they had changed ownership and she said yes five years ago I told her I would never go back there again and I would not recommend them either, on the day he was available I had someone that could go pick him up and was told I needed an appointment and none were available that day , it’s like you paid us so now we have you"
