"They have always taken good care of our cremations with our dogs. Recently, we had to have our golden put down on a Sunday. I checked website it said they were open from 3 to 4. We were there at 3. On the door it said by appointment only. Had I known this it would have saved a lot of trouble dealing with a deceased dog on Memorial weekend."
