I had called the day before coming in and when we arrived and I let the staff know my cat's name, she said, "Oh, yes, we've been expecting her," which made me feel like they really care about the work they do and the service they provide. The service they offer is simple (which is what I wanted - I didn't need a pet cemetery or a monument) and affordable. I'm not sure of their standard turnaround time, but I was able to pick up my cat's cremains within a week, which was a huge relief, too."
