"Thumb Veterinary Services is the very best vet service that I've ever taken my fur babies to. One of my dogs became very ill last summer, totally out of the blue, no signs or symptoms of anything beforehand... and Dr. Gianna and the entire staff were absolutely incredible with my dog Scout (and me, a wreck of a fur mom). We tried everything that we possibly could. I was able to have enough time with him to complete a little bucket list before we had to say goodbye... but that day did ultimately come, and although it was one of the worst days of my life... the Thumb Veterinary Services staff was so kind and compassionate. Very private and professional. They treated us like family. Afterwards they mailed me a card with seeds to plant in Scout's memory and everything. It just really meant a lot to me during a very difficult time of letting one of my dogs pass on. I have two other dogs and we are regulars at Thumb Veterinary Services. I will literally never go anywhere again. When you call to make an appointment, they get you right in and they are always friendly. The entire team of employees are all simply fantastic. You can get blood work done and checked out while you sit there and wait... I just cannot say enough good things about them! I am so very glad that I was pointed in their direction. I drive an hour and a half round trip every visit there... 100% worth it! Dr. Gianna is truly a gift to all animals."

"Dr. Gianna was absolutely amazing with our family canine. Although the diagnosis wasn't expected and definitely not what we wanted, Dr. Gianna has been the most compassionate vet I have ever had. Unfortunately, we did have to lay our girl to rest but I'm so thankful for the support and compassion. She was in constant contact with me while I was out of state and our dog was very ill.
