Pethaven Memorial & Crematory, LLC

"We used Pet Haven to cremate Winston, my dog of 12 years. My wife and I called and emailed for 3 days trying to speak with someone about having a clay paw print made. No one would call us back or communicate with us. By the time we got a response they had already cremated Winston, so now I cannot get a paw print made. When I spoke with the lady on the phone, she said it was our fault because we did not call them (which is a lie). I explained that we called multiple times and even emailed but got no response. She half-heartedly “apologized” and then HUNG UP on me. Do not trust these people with your fur babies. All they want is your money."

"We got our Violet back home for the last time today. I am thankful to the animal clinic for arranging the cremation. And thank you to the staff at Pethaven for doing the work you do. Being able to keep Violet with us is such a comfort."

"These folks truly care about your loss. They are so kind. The pricing is very reasonable."
