"Following the unexpected death of my son in December 2023, I dealt with a woman named Nancy throughout the cremation and return of his ashes to me. She was an exceptionally sweet woman who never acted as though I was a bother when calling with question. Although the entire process went as she had explained it to me and his ashes were received as expected, my only concern is that it has been 2 months since he passed and I still have not received the death certificates, which I need to finalized matters. I was told they were only waiting for the pathologists signature more than a month ago. Aside from that, she made the worst experience of my life bearable."
