I have initiated over 8 phones calls, emails and in person visits. 4 days ago I called and emailed begging to have the death certificates mailed and followed up with an email that same day. Yesterday I was told nothing had been sent. When I became upset and asked why I was being ignored..... I was told that this business has no set mail days but they would bring that up in the next staff meeting. The lack of accountability, communication and competence is astounding."
