Animal Clinic of Los Alamos, A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner

"Vet technicians were extremely helpful and kind. But the veterinarian Dr. Krakoff, that works there has no compassion for her patients. If it's after 4 pm she will refuse to help any animals. Even if it's an emergency. She only cares about her paycheck."

"The team here is really nice and responsive. I don't know all the vets but Dr. Vigil is extremely conscientious and caring. He followed up with our sick doggie with a personal phone call and was genuinely concerned about her well-being. You can't fake that kind of compassion."

"I’m so happy that Los Alamos finally has a provider to care for exotic animals! They were able to see my hedgehog very quickly and got him on the antibiotics he needed. Dr Krakoff was knowledgeable and thorough. (March 2024)"
