"I recently had my mother pass and am dealing with a different funeral home in Florida and while I knew it, it made me realize and appreciate even more how wonderful working with Jacque at Rivera was when my father passed unexpectedly and tragically 9 months ago. The service and true feeling of compassion Jacque gave us is beyond anything I could have expected. I wasn't in a place to work through the details at the time so my husband did most of that for me, but I did communicate and meet with Jacque twice when she came all the way to Albuquerque to meet with us as we were going through the process.
