"I lost my Mom in December and this facility was more than supportive and understanding throughout the entire process. Because I live out of state in Pennsylvania, I mistakenly thought that the death certificates they’d sent with my Mother’s remains were missing from the package. That said, they had sent replacements for us quickly afterwards. My grief kept me from fully unpacking my Mother’s remains, and upon closer inspection, I realized the death certificates were tucked neatly inside the bubble wrap I’d failed to remove.
