Verified Family Reviews for Pet Haven Memorial Park

Lori Houston ★★★★★ 1.0

"Today I made a very difficult decision. For days ahead of time I spoke to crematoriums to find the right fit for our 16 year old life companion. Pet Haven talks a great sales pitch. Caring and Respectful. Everything a grieving owner wants to hear. I drove straight to their facility hoping for a seamless transition and closure for my angle. I arrived to an old single wide tailer with on outdoor fire pit. It looked like something out of a horror movie. I was physically sickened by what I saw. I drove straight to Wilmington, NC where we were treated with incredible professionalism and my angle was given the respect her little body deserved."

"Yes, her office is an old mobile home and her oven is a bit crude."
