"I found Carolina Pet Services years ago when my daughter lost her beloved cat. This past year I've had to call on them twice when my older pets passed away. This is a loving, caring family run business who treat you and your fur babies with the upmost care and respect. Both times I have called after hours and my call was answered and my pet was transferred to their care. Their prices are reasonable and your pet is returned promptly. I hope it's a long while before I need their services again but when I do ill call them again."

"We had the most lovely and positive experience using Carolina Pet Services of Waynesville, for my doggie Ginger's cremation process. Marie and Davis are lovely people- friendly, communicative and helpful. The family has been in business since the 90's. The scenic drive though exquisite farmlands out to their beautiful land made the journey even more enjoyable. I live in Asheville, and they even offered to return Ginger to me on a day they were coming to town."

"Went to this place for my baby to sleep, he took a little longer than the doctors were used to. The main doctor, who was older, was incredibly abusive to my dog and gave him an extra dosage too quickly causing my dog pain in his last moments. My baby cried out in pain while the doctor watched. I should not have to mention on how it should have been done properly. It has been a while since this happened, I have not had the heart to comment about it until now. The main doctor who did this knew exactly what he was doing. I watched him do this and after he was done he walked out, did not talk to me or look at me, and stayed in his office afterwards while I paid. I was in shock of everything and did not know what to say in the moment. He knew exactly what he did. I am utterly disgusted at this place. It's more than unprofessionality, it was abuse. Do not bring your dog here because it will cause a traumatic experience for your baby and yourself. If anyone can help me out with reporting him or know his name, please let me know."
