Verified Family Reviews for Loving Paws Pet Crematorium
"I was glad there was a service able to take in loved ones locally, but be aware I've tried contacting both of their numbers multiple times leaving voice messages and everything and have had no feedback until Pinkerton received the ashes and notified me themselves 2 month later. Her ashes were bagged up in plastic with a giant metal number on it and placed in a black felt bag. Looking at the nice urns some people have been given or clips of fur as memorial and cards makes it seem like you've been given the short end of the service unless that is extra? That and having to deal with no one providing comfort and communication bummed me out and made me anxious on how they were handling my baby."
"I am livid and heart broken 💔. This was the 3rd time we have used loving paws pet cremation for our cats. The first is my boy Buster. Has a clip of his hair and his cremation certificate and a nice card. The paw print, my vet did. The second is our sweet Lionel. Just his ashes and a card. Then today I received sweet Weeza back. No card, no nice urn for her. Instead she’s in a very cheap draw string bag! They increased their prices Substantially from February of this year when they did Lionel to when Weeza was dropped off in August. I paid for single cremation to get her ashes alone back not the community one. I don’t feel this is my sweet Weeza. No certificate of cremation nor does her ashes have the metal tag my other 2 do. I have called and left messages and am doubtful I will even receive a response :("
"Tiffany is very sweet and very understanding! She understands the hurt and keeps in contact the best she can. And every time we've had to contact her our fur baby was back home with us in about a month or less. Great services"
