"My father passed away on May 20, 2024. We used Silvat Funeral Home in Ohio to cremate my dad. They were paid immediately for their services in full. First, they would barely answer the phone. Then it took them a long time to cremate dad. Now, over 2.5 months later, they have not filed for my free death certificates. I called asking and was told it was on their “to-do” list. Gary told me he would order and pay for two more death certs for me immediately but then I got the bill in the mail for $200. Gary also told us dad would be in a nice urn and his ashes were in a cheap plastic box. Shame on you!"
