"Not easy to reach ...always a answering service ..we ordered a name plaque with our deceased step fathers name ...which they spelled wrong ..it was supposed to be attached to the urn ..instead it came on a chain which doesn't even fit around the urn ...been trying to reach them for 3 days and no return calls ..not very happy"
