"I lost my little man on a Sunday morning, very early, and they were able to take him that day. It was 6 days and he was ready to come home. The urn is beautiful, the necklace is perfect, and I fell apart when I saw his little nose print. He also clipped some fur for me, I forgot to ask so I’m so grateful for it-communication was perfect, and I appreciate the empathy, the professionalism, and just that they were there on the hardest day. He was thorough in his explanation of what would happen. He was very gentle with our boy. I got to pick our boy Gus up today.
