We are from Washington State, we called after being referred by our vet, they had checked out Nalas paperwork and told us to come on in. 4.5 hours later we were there, we didn't even have time to fill out the sign in sheet before they got Nala and us in the back to get her checked out. The staff is so friendly and helpful!
